I feel like pizza is just one of those foods you can never truly get tired of. It’ll be in the cheat day rotation forever. The most controversial discussion around pizza is whether or not to add pineapples. I personally think everyone has a right of passage to experiment with any food based on their tastebuds, BUT this combo is a firm no for me, sorry #TeamPineapples. I’m more of a meat lover pizza fan, and you can’t go wrong with a classic pepperoni. Source Restaurant executes this one perfectly. The pizza has a savory flavor from the cheese, topped with curled pepperoni cups coated in vin cotto, and an added bonus, caramelized onions that bring forth a subtle sweetness. It’s consistently good every time and never disappoints, which is why I keep going back for more.
