Back Door Donuts has officially announced its pop-up location at Loretta’s Last Call in Fenway. The grand opening date is set for March 15th. If you’re not already familiar, Back Door Donuts is a Martha’s Vineyard favorite. The locals can vouch for that! The mouthwatering apple fritter is what they’re best know for. It’s massive, glazed with sweetness and lined with apple chunks. They’ll be open late daily from 7pm-2am, so you can satisfy those late night cravings or stop by after a baseball game, given the location is in close proximity to Fenway Park.
I stopped by to try some of their donuts and they’re just as good as I remember. I tried them for the first time last Summer (2022) in Martha’s Vineyard. The shop will run out of the side window of Loretta’s Last Call, facing Ipswich Street. DONUT take my word for it, stop by and try them for yourself. Pro Tip: get the apple fritter donut and enjoy it warmed -you won’t regret it.
